And using it after a month its circular round button stopped working then I raised a request to the company to collect my watch as it was in warranty and repair it kindly.
Then a delivery boy came almost after a month to collect my watch and shipped it to the Fireboltt service centre.
Now almost it’s three months,
I haven’t received my order yet and when I call them, call connects in one hour minimum.

I purchased FireBolt Smart watch for Rs. 5000/-, one month back only. While wearing the watch strap, it fell down from 2 feet height. Display glass completely broken into many pieces. We contacted the Delaer to replace it, where it was procured or Replace the Display glass with service centres, It was straight away replied by dealer that, since it was a physical breaking it will not cover in our scope for further action.
So if you drop it from a lesser height, it is not passing the dropping test hopefully, as it got broke down in my case.
Now question is why I should go for such a costlier watch instead of going for non branded watch for lesser price with all same facilities. No Service. Zero Trust now. Only show by Manufacturer for advts.
So who will answer my query from Fire Bolt.

I called Flipkart and asked for the customer care number of Fire Bolt Watch, I am calling on it, I am not able to wear it since 2 days, after 10 seconds it is getting disconnected / I had purchased Fire Bolt Ninja Smart Watch 1800. Its band is broken, there is no service center to change it, it is near Karol Bagh.
