Eligibility of Click Mania Contest

Persons of all ages and origins are eligible to participate in the contest. There are no restrictions on submission eligibility unless prohibited by the jurisdiction in which the participant resides.

The photo (s)/image (s) shall not contain any material that is fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, slanderous, profane, racially objectionable or hurt any religious or communal feeling, including, without limitation, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or result in civil liability.

The photo (s)/image (s)shall not contain any material that enrages the public sentiments or violates any legislation or policy for the time being in force.

The Participant by participating in the contest hereby undertakes, warrants and represents that he/she is the original creator/author/copyright holder of the photo/image submitted under the contest and further undertakes that India TV will not, in any manner whatsoever, be held responsible for/ against any claims, damages, liabilities, risk, costs, infringement of copyright or any other intellectual property rights or any other consequences (legal or moral) made by any third party, against or attached to photo/image submitted by the participant under this Contest.

Participant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless India TV from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, arising out of or relating to the breach of any representation and warranty on the part of the participant under the contest.

Participant hereby indemnifies and shall always keep indemnified IndiaTV and its director(s), officers, employees, associate(s), etc., from and against all or any claims, damages, risks, costs, spamming activity, liabilities, obligations for infringement of copyrights or any other intellectual property rights of any third party or person and consequences (legal) arisen or likely to arise from the use of such Photo/image as provided by participant.

Judging and notification of selected participants

Entries are deemed accepted when your profile page displays the images you have submitted.

Entries will only be accepted once these terms and conditions of entry are agreed to on the Registration Form.

After the contest closes at 23.59 on 18 September 2021 (IST), qualifying photos will be judged on adherence to the contest challenge through its message clarity, composition and overall presentation. IndiaTV will appoint a jury to judge the entries. The decision of the panel of Judges shall be final and binding on all parties. The jury shall have the discretion to reject an entry at any stage of the competition if the entry does not meet the qualifying criteria. Any attempt by a participant to influence the result or subvert the photo competition will lead to immediate disqualification.

The photo selected to be considered for inclusion in the next round will be notified by e-mail to the participant. If the participant who has been selected as a winner is unable to be contacted, India TV management reserves the right to offer the prize to the next best entry.
