Dear sir or Madam:
I am sorry to write the email to complain about the services of levis store.
Last Sunday i visited the store and bought a jeans which model is 312 with width 25. And they told me that they offer free length adjustment. I was informed that it would be available on this Tuesday evening .
So today my husband went there on 6 pm to get my jeans. He was told it was not ready then. He just wait there 2 hours and got the pants at 8pm.
After he arrived at home, i found that the store gave me wrone size of 26(i ordered size 25).
After telephoned them on 9:40pm , the woman who answered the phone said it was not her fault and i have to go to their store a fourth time to get pants changed or refund.
Time is precious for everyone. It’s ridiculous to waste on 4 times going to the store and just got bad mood.
I am considering to write to the head office of levis and also some government departments to discuss this.
