The ‘Thums Up Har Haath Toofan’ Contest organized by Coca–Cola India Private Limited (“CCIPL”) comprises a contest wherein individuals may participate via scanning the code on Thums Up® cans, leading them to the Thums Up® microsite www.coke2home.com/harhaathtoofan (“Microsite”) and the individuals uploading a photo of them while showcasing a thumbs up sign and finally uploading it on their social handles while tagging Thums Up® India official social media handles “@ThumsUpOfficial” (“Contest”). The contest will begin from 1st July 2022 and end on the 15 th August 2022.

2. The Contest is valid only for individuals over 18 years of age, residing in India except the state of Tamil Nadu. (“Participant”)

3. There shall be up to 50 selected entries in total (each a “Winner”) during the Term of the Contest. The number of Winners may be lesser depending on the number of entries received for this Contest.

4. Individuals participating in the Contest shall get a chance to win the following Prize in accordance with clause 7 below:
– For the Contest, winners will receive a Thums Up® laptop sleeve. (“Prize”)

5. A Participant may participate in the Contest multiple times but is eligible to win the Prize only once under the Contest. Each Contest submission associated with a social media handle and/or mobile number shall be valid only once.

6. To participate in the Contest, the Participant has to:
