Terms and Conditions for Participation of KHADI INDIA QUIZ CONTEST

1. The contest is organized and promoted by Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC) and is open to people residing in India only.

2. The participant will have to first register by creating a Login ID through an OTP Generated password. The participant will be required to fill in his/her name, mobile number and a valid email id. Employees of KVIC and their family members are not eligible to participate in this quiz contest.

3. The quiz shall open on at 11 AM every day and will close at 11 PM.

4. Entries received before or after this time period will not be entertained.

5. Five (05) questions will be put up every day. The participant has to answer all five questions within 100 seconds.

6. The participant with correct answers in the minimum time duration will be shortlisted as winners. The names of the winners will be announced on the next day at a stipulated time.

7. The winners will be informed through their registered mobile number and the procedure to claim the prize will be shared through their registered e-mail id.

8. In case the winner cannot be reached through mobile/email within a week from the announcement of result, the prize will be forfeited.

9. KVIC reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has, in the opinion of KVIC, engaged in any unlawful, fraudulent or any other improper conduct which jeopardizes, or may jeopardize, the fair and proper conduct and influences the result of the quiz contest; and/or may damage the goodwill or reputation of the competition and/or KVIC.

10. A participant can win a maximum 3 prizes during the quiz contest.
Rewards:
• 1st prize – 1 winner – Khadi e-coupon of Rs. 10,000 daily
• 2nd prize – 10 winners – Khadi e-coupon of Rs. 5000 daily
• 3rd prize – 10 winners – Khadi e-coupon Rs. 2000 daily

11. Winners can redeem their Khadi E-coupons only at  khadiindia.gov.in on or before 31 st December and the same cannot be redeemed at any of the Khadi India outlets. Any additional cost of purchase exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the rewardee.

12. The coupon may not be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.

13. By participating in the Quiz, the entrant accepts and agrees to the above terms and conditions. The decision of KVIC will be final and binding.

14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, KVIC reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time.
