  Could you please share service centre address at Pune Maharashtra. Tried reaching customer care end number of times. As per the IVR, they would sent me a text with a link wherein I need to fill a form and register my complaint. It’s been more than 3 months now and numerous attempt to reach customer care number with no success. This is very pathetic way of handling after sales service. I still remember post purchasing Boult earbuds, someone from boult had called multiple times requesting me to share good feedback at Amazon from where I have purchased. Now that I am facing issues with earbuds, there is no one to help me. Pathetic experience whta I have had so far from Boult. I would never recommend anyone to experience Boult products.
